Tips on how to make hair longer and shinner. For African American Girls

Can't get your hair to grow past your shoulders? If you get a half-inch trims every six weeks, and give yourself conditioning treatments every one to two weeks to prevent your strands from breaking off due to day-to-day styling. The healthier your hair is, the longer and stronger it will grow!

You'll get a gorgeous sheen with an egg yolk mask. Get 1 egg yolk, 2 avocados, 1/2 cup honey, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mash them all together until they form a paste. Apply from your scalp to your ends, and cover with plastic wrap. Leave it on for two hours (or until it feels stiff) and rinse. Instant shine! or if  wanna get super-shiny locks, lather just your roots. Use your fingertips to gently massage a moisturizing shampoo onto your scalp — when you rinse, the suds will cleanse the length of your hair without drying it or creating tangles.
